Grateful to have been able to lead another medical mission to the West Bank city of Nablus in Palestine to provide spine surgery and serve the people. Thanks to a great team who volunteered and to who arranged the trip. It’s an honor to serve!

Honored to be invited for the 2022 Catan Masters tournament and to compete in the 2022 US Catan National Championship again. Made it to the semifinals and end up ranked #9 in the US!! Great fun, competition, and friends.

Great example of a 4-level standalone zero-profile ACDF. Patient did great. Went home in 24 hours. 6 months later with great success and happy outcome.
