Prayer warriors: Here's how you can pray for us this week!
π Faith - For our team to trust God to provide everything that we need, from volunteers to funds.
π Hope - For homeowners who are struggling to make ends meet or get through a tragedy to have hope.
π Love - For our volunteers to display the love of Jesus in everything they do.
βAnd now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.β 1 Corinthians 13:13

Last week we were out at Sheilaβs house, replacing her old front ramp with a new stable one and replacing her door with a brand new one, too. Her grandson Huey has medical problems and is wheelchair-bound, so having a safe ramp exit from their home is essential. Thank you to the volunteers who helped our project manager Clarence with this drizzly wet day project!
During his theatre days, Clarence Atsma β Home Repairs' project manager β enjoyed building sets. Now he gets to repair houses for homeowners in need who are struggling to get by. And while it's good work, he says he never feels as though what he does is "giving back". Instead, he sees it as breaking a cycle β one of difficulty and pain and replacing it with hope.
