Biostimulants (collagen stimulators) are often a slow burn. We don’t lose a mass amount of collagen overnight, so we also don’t grow a mass amount of collagen overnight. HOWEVER, the best way to speed up your collagen stimulation and see results a bit quicker is to COMBINE THEM!! Collagen growth is exponential when done in multiple treatments and/or multiple methods. 🌱

🥰 My fam means the world to me. I have 2 sisters + a brother, and I grew up close to all of my grandparents, aunts, uncles + cousins.

💪🏼 I love working out, and I’m very into Peloton, running and pilates right now.
✈️ Our travels now primarily revolve around work, but Sky and I love to travel and make the most of the experiences we’ve been given.
🤟🏼 I have the BEST patients that have become some of my dearest friends.

International Women’s Day felt heavy for me this year; until I reflected on the grace-giving, kind, nurturing, strong, resilient, genuine, POWERFUL women who are in my life.

Somehow even my hardest days are still full of patients, friends and colleagues who see me, who cry with me, and who show me love and vulnerability. The relationships I prioritize now are raw and genuine, and I feel like I don’t have to try to be something I’m not. I’ve never known more that my mom and sisters have my back to the ends of the earth.
