Tonight's School of Preaching class with Pastor Mike Caforio offered some of the most sound teaching I've ever experienced in a class setting.

Hermeneutics
What an opportunity to sit with a Pastor and be taught how to mine scripture. Learning about the depths of application of scripture and godly character development was profound to me.
Is that not our God to mold you...your heart, mind, and spirit...through the process of reading and interpreting His word?

To be a communicator of God's Word, you have to go through a process of transformation. I feel like there is a "chiseling" happening...iron sharpening...I smell iron like I'm in a welding factory.

There is an alignment that crossed my spirit...the sword and the chisel...deep cuts of Word...and the deep wounds Jesus bore for us...it's coming together..."
