Framing started on the 1st home in my new subdivision in North Richland Hills.
This home is inspired by mid century modern design. I’ve always liked the look of that style home. I’m really excited to build one!

The grading crew working feverishly on foundation prep. Very excited to get this project started on Oakmark Court.

Demolition of home in Southlake - Completely gone in 38 hours. Making room for a new Oakmark Custom Home. Just a few blocks away from the Mega Mansion.

Contemporary in Keller - This is the project in Keller that we poured the foundation in 100 + degree heat 4 weeks ago…all is good!
Framing is done. Waiting for trades and windows. The plumber missmeasured the sink drain in the wall. I guess that’s why they make jackhammers🤷🏻‍♂️

Foundation pour @ 110 degrees - I hated to do it, but we have to keep moving a long.

Oakmark Court - We began pouring the first half of the street. Should be ready to pour second half next week.
Coming soon - 6 lots for 6 Oakmark Customs Homes.

Bye - Bye little house. This was actually bought and moved by the people on that Fort Worth fix it up show a few years ago. They specialized in these type of little homes. Does anyone remember the name of that show?
