🙌🏻 75 year old client I’ve been training for about 10 years went to her OBGYN for her bone density test. She was told that her test results were incredible that she hasn’t seen anyone her age without osteoporosis or osteopenia. My client then said she attributes it to her trainer 🥰. So even if you aren’t seeing results on the outside as quickly as you would like, just remember there are numerous changes happening on the inside ♥️ trust the process♥️

I am Dr. Maria Louise Frosini DNP, FNP-BC, BSN-RN, NC-BC owner of Frosini Transformative Coaching LLC. I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and Board-Certified Nurse Health Coach. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology and Nursing Degrees from Niagara University, Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice Degrees from D’Youville University. Through the Nurse Coach Collective, I earned my Certification as a Nurse Health Coach. My board certifications are through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Center (AHNCC) which has earned magnet status. In addition to practicing as a Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner where my specialty has been Cardiology, I have also been an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Niagara University.
A Nurse Health Coach is a registered nurse who has received additional training in the art and science of health and wellness coaching. Nurse Health Coaches are the only licensed Nationally Accredited Board-Certified Coaching Profession. I utilize my nursing education along with coaching competencies to facilitate a process of change or development that assists individuals to realize their potential and guide them through their health and wellness journey. I use a holistic understanding of how the mind, body, and spirit interact and use that approach along with my nursing education. This fully holistic approach allows individuals to reach their goals for the changes they desire.
As a Nurse Health Coach I am dedicated to educating, advocating, motivating, and supporting patients as they learn how to make lifestyle changes. By using Lifestyle Medicine, which is holistic, evidence based, and best practice for health and wellness changes, I guide patients as they set goals so they can take control of their health. My 23+years as a Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner working with patients to prevent, treat, and control chronic illnesses, provides me with the necessary knowledge and experience to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
I create a plan that will provide patients with education, support, and guidance in the areas of setting nutritional goals and weight management, creating healthy meals, understanding special diets (Example: Heart Healthy Diet/Cardiac Diet, Diabetic Diet), setting exercise goals, stress management, mindfulness exercises, improving sleep, chronic disease prevention, control, and treatment using Lifestyle Medicine, and helping patient’s improve overall health and wellbeing. When needed I can partner with your healthcare provider to form a team approach, so your healthcare concerns are addressed and supported. Let’s work together to foster healthy habits and create the life you always dreamed of!
