The was hopping today! I stopped by specially to grab some delicious jams (Strawberry Limonchello, Hot Pepper, Strawberry Jalapeño) and jalapeño cheddar sourdough bread from Carmen of Jam Right I Can, LLC & the most moisturizing, fragrant soaps from !!

The held a Ribbon Cutting for The Roofing Guys. We were able to tour the facilities and talk to the staff. The Roofing Guys offer free estimates, will take a look at gutters, siding and even window screens. They are super fast in responding to calls for estimates. Having a LOCAL roofing company in town is invaluable. Don’t get conned by these out of town storm chasers. Call the Roofing Guys!

Another great ribbon cutting with the O'Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce at Seasons of Spice in Downtown O’Fallon. This shop had SOOO many goodies: from coffee, teas, spices, seasonings, candy, bread mix, soaps, ice cream, seasonings and SO much more.

What I really love about this business is that many products are mission based to proceeds are given back to our community. They offer many local products within a 50 mile radius of O’Fallon and many globally sourced.

The bread sold on Saturdays supports a great cause. Stop by and see all they have to offer and all they are doing to help the communit

June 12th commemorates the signing of the Women’s Armed Service Integration Act by President Truman in 1948. The act deemed women essential to the war efforts and allowed them to serve in the regular armed forces full time.

She has lent her support to esteemed organizations like NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), The Violence Prevention Center of Southwestern Illinois, Project Compassion NFP, and has serves as an Ambassador Board member for the Color of Gastrointestinal Illness NPF, as well serving as an Ambassador for the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce.
Professionally, Delisa’s expertise as an Actor, Director, and Integrative Wellness Life Coach speaks volumes about her passion for using the arts and fitness to shed light on mental health issues. Her personal journey, marked by losses and triumphs, serves as a beacon of hope for those navigating similar paths.
