Vendors, it is that time of year again for scammers. If you are not being contacted by [email protected] or the phone numbers that are on the contract. Then this is a scam. Please do not venmo or paypal any money to anyone who says they are a representative of our fair, we only take checks. We do this to prevent scammers and to keep you safe. Please report all incidences of scamming.

Please check your email, spam, and junk mail. I have sent several invites to our fair to hopeful vendors and have not heard back from many of them. We had over 60 applicants for very few spots. If you have received an email but changed your mind about attending our fair, please let me know so I can contact other vendors.

Vendors Remember, February 1st is the deadline to renew your booth. Put them in the mail this week. We'll see you in November

Vendors, the first round of invitations to our fair have gone out. Please check your mail and your spam and Junk folders. Other rounds will follow in a week. We have a lot of great applicants and returning vendors this year.

REMINDER: In order for the Boosters to be allowed to host the fair this year, all 2021 OTHS Band Boosters Craft Fair Customers, Vendors, and Volunteers are required to wear a face mask per the school administration policy. Please plan accordingly. We hope to return to normal by next year's fair. We truly appreciate your cooperation.

Book by B joins a list of fantastic vendors in the Wrestling Room this weekend at the fair. As book nerds ourselves we can't wait to see these journals in person! Stop by and check it out.

One of our favorite wood craftsmen will be returning to the Hallway Loop this weekend, Scott's Reclaimed Forest! We are excited to see what he brings this year because it is always gorgeous. Be sure to stop by his booth this weekend.

Dryadic Work will be joining us this weekend in the Panther Dome bringing fantastic wood work creations. These cutting board and wood designs are beautiful! Be sure to check them out Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Annual O’Fallon Panther Band Boosters Art and Craft Fair set for this weekend The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, on the OTHS Smiley campus.

We are excited to welcome a brand new artist to the fair in the Panther Dome. Josh Jost will be bringing his unique, aluminum sculptures to the craft fair this weekend - November 6th and 7th. Stop by and see his cool creations. OTHS Panther Bands

Be on the lookout for Santa's Helpers! Get your raffle card punched in each room by one of our OTHS band members and drop it in the treasure chest or box on your way out for a chance to win one of three baskets full of gifts donated by our talented vendors!

A truly unique vendor joins us this year in the Panther Dome, come check out Invitation to Play. These sensory kits provides amazing developmental skills through play! All of Amanda's doughs are homemade and are gluten free which allows almost everyone the opportunity to participate in the fun. These product are great for parents of children aged 2-12, teachers, elderly support center activity coordinators, and/or activity coordinators for other disability facilities.

Nitro Salsa joins us in the South Gym on November 6th and 7th. A local O'Fallon family brings their amazing salsas back to the fair! Stock up at our fair and then visit their local store when you run out! You will find a favorite and want more!
