The Annual Southern Illinois Chicken & Beer Dance was created 13 years ago by the Zobrist family and a group of local volunteers.
The 16th Annual Southern Illinois Chicken and Beer Dance event benefits Make-A-Wish® Illinois. All net proceeds from the event go to Make-A-Wish® Illinois. Every year nearly 1,200 children in Illinois are newly diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition. Our Story
The 17th Annual Southern Illinois Chicken and Beer Dance event benefits Make-A-Wish® Illinois. All net proceeds from the event go to Make-A-Wish® Illinois. Every year nearly 1,200 children in Illinois are newly diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition. It is our goal to help the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois grant wishes to those children. A wish come true helps children feel stronger, more energetic, more willing and able to battle their life-threatening medical conditions. For many, the wish marks the turning point in the fight against their illnesses.
