Earlier today I had a bit of quiet time to reflect on .wellness and I realized it’s been a while since I was able to express my gratitude to you all. It’s because of you that I get to go for morning walks with my kiddos. We can go to the park and practice cartwheels any day of the week. You all are the reason I get to tuck them into bed every night. It means so damn much. Thank you for being a part of my practice. Thank you for supporting me and trusting me to care for you. ❤️

Time for a little change. Demand has been high with all you lovely regulars, so I’m opening up my schedule to accommodate! Working from home? Schedule your lunch with me! New hours start 4/11, but you can book them now! Link in bio.

The most significant changes are to scheduling/booking and payments. You will now register and book your sessions through the practice management software Noterro. Select your preferred service on the booking page and follow through to register an account/create user profile. You can, of course, still reach out to me directly to book your sessions if you need to at (312)772-0229. If you are a regular/returning customer, deposits are no longer required for every session. If you have already made payments to Mend Wellness through PayPal, you may continue to do so; but unfortunately, Noterro’s payment processor does not partner with them.

First time guests, please be aware that your session will require a 50% deposit. After booking, you will receive deposit invoice; once I have received your deposit, your session will be confirmed.
