🦀These are LIVE Dungeness Crab from Oregon. Our local commercial season is still closed.

🏃We sell them on a first come, first served basis only. We truly expect to have enough to get through Christmas & would love nothing more than to assure all customers their Crab.

Ensuring the best quality for our live Crab is our top priority, but given their delicate nature, we prefer not to make promises we might not be able to keep. That’s why we don’t take special orders for them. We do NOT expect to run out. Let’s just say, it would be a Christmas miracle if we did. 😉

We can sell them to you live or live clean them for you (see 👉🏽 photo.) We also have a limited amount of cooked Dungeness in stock. 🔥

🪣 Please bring a bucket or a cooler to transport them home in if you can, it’s very helpful. We have plenty of ice to share. 🧊

While Escolar is known for being a buttery delight that is often described as a cross between Halibut and Tuna - this beauty needs to be enjoyed in moderation. 🚧

Escolar is indeed off the hook delicious, but trust us: this fish is a slippery slope to a 'flush' of excitement due to it's high oil content which is known to have laxative effects when consumed in larger quantities. 🫢 We'd hate to have our customers all running to "la poupe deck" - if you know what we mean. 😏🌊🚽🛟

To fully enjoy Escolar without any discomfort, we recommend enjoying this fish in small portions, moderation is key for the best experience. 🤏🏽

Escolar is great on the grill, baked, seared, and even raw. 🍣
