HUMP DAY! πŸͺ My buns are on fire from yesterdays 12 min workout, I LOOOVE IT! If you want the link to the workout lmk cuz it'll get ya right πŸ‘ today is all Tai chi (newly learning) and yoga πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ if weight loss is the only focus, you're likely to diet and workout in an energy of "I don't like my body so I must suffer to fix that" 😬 absof**kinglutely not! I LOVE my body and am grateful we are healthy enough to build muscle, practice stability (huge as we age), keep my organs healthier and break a sweat and allow my body to release toxicons allllll while giving my brain a boost of those feel good, anti depression hormones πŸ’ͺ🏻
