When it comes to time-effective training, NOTHING beats the Kettlebell Complex. A complex is a series of compound movements performed one after the next for a set amount of repetitions or time.

Complexes allow you to perform a lot of work in a progressively condensed time frame which is one of the key factors in muscle development and conditioning.
The key to being able to effectively utilize "Complexes" in your training however is first owning the individual exercises involved.
In other words, you have to "Walk before you can run"
Taking the time to develop a solid grasp of the fundamental Kettlebell movements allows you to reap tremendous benefits in both the short and long term.
The workout in this video took me 17 minutes including 2 full minutes of rest in between each of the 6 rounds.
That's all, just 17 minutes!! 3x per week...Do the math.
Good training doesn't have to take an hour , or 45 minutes or even 30 minutes...If you are intentional and keep the quality of work high ( By resting appropriately) you can accomplish great things in LESS THAN AN HOUR PER WEEK.
Again, it all starts with owning the fundamentals first.
