I have an Associate's degree in Massage Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness. Recently I have obtained my certification as a Personal Trainer. I strongly believe in the power of positive therapeutic touch and the body's natural ability to heal itself. True health and wellness includes being healthy in all aspects of the human experience: physically, mentally, and spiritually.
