Gua sha assists in lymphatic drainage by gently massaging and stimulating the skin with smooth, gliding strokes that promote the movement of lymph fluid. This helps reduce puffiness and improve circulation in the facial tissues. The scraping motion encourages lymph flow toward the lymph nodes, where waste products are filtered out, resulting in a more contoured appearance, decreased inflammation, and a refreshed, healthy glow. Facial Gua Sha

Facial Gua Sha is a more gentler approach to the TCM practice of body gua sha. The end result is the same. We scrape a tool over the skin to promote circulation and blood flow.
An accumulation of metabolic waste and stagnant chi can manifest into many ways.
The goal is to always flow. It is one of my favorite tools to bring into a facial. Have you tried it yet? 🤍
