Please officially welcome our Saturday inferno hot Pilates instructor Carlie! She has been a student at One Hot for 3 years. Carlie graduated from UF with her Bachelors in Hospitality & Event Management last May. She has 3 cats and is very proud of their names (Barnaby, Greta, and Sylvester) Some of her hobbies include baking, going on walks, and trying new restaurants. She has so much fun with you guys on Saturdays, she is asking to teach more classes during the week, so be on the lookout for her name on the schedule.

If you haven’t officially met yet… this is Samantha! She has been a student at One Hot for almost 3 years and teaching since Shira left in September. Even though she is only 22, she is very knowledgeable and well rounded in the fitness world with credentials as follows:

Samantha teaches 104, Inferno hot Pilates, Build, and Reach. She is a dog mom to a sweet pit bull that doesn’t bite.
