Coco moved up on weights and is so close to getting a roll up to sitting without hands!!!!

We have been working very hard on getting up off the floor and Melinda did it without using hands!!!!! So proud!!!!!

I always take time on Sundays for gratitude. I wanted to share a few with you today.

🏆. Client has lost 45-48 pounds and gone from 2 full diuretic pills to 1/2 of 1. WOW!!!!!!!

🏆 New client claim in complaining of plantar fasciitis diagnosed by their physician. In one class they have been able to comfortably take off the compression socks with no pain.

🏆 Client who couldn’t even lift 2 # weights when they started with me used 8 # weights.

🏆Clients are hearing my PSA’s and getting cardio check ups!!!!

I have to share my excitement! I have a new client I have seen a few times now. She is almost 95 years young!!!! When I say it’s an honor to work with her - I absolutely mean it!

I keep telling my clients that they can gain muscle well into their 90’s and I can’t wait to watch it happen in my studio!

Have I told you all how much I love my job lately? LOVE!!!!!
