PI**HE CACTUS RANCH
🍑 Peach Bourbon White Cheddar Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
8 slices of bread (sourdough, whole wheat, or your choice)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded or thinly sliced white cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Pi**he Cactus Ranch Peach Bourbon Jelly
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Sandwiches
Lay out the slices of bread on a clean surface.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side of four slices, layer the peach slices. Drizzle Pi**he Cactus Ranch Peach Bourbon Jelly evenly over the peach slices.
Sprinkle the ground black pepper over the peaches. Top with the shredded or sliced white cheddar cheese. Add fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese, if using. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, buttered side up, to form sandwiches.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet, buttered side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
Slice each sandwich in half and serve warm.

The Shelter Fund | Community Foundation Of Lincoln County | Ruidoso The Shelter Fund assists members of the community who have experienced hardship due to unforeseen disasters such as fire or flooding.

Most of you have heard about the devastating Ruidoso fires. If anyone evacuating Ruidoso has trucks/horse trailers available, we have family-owned horses at the barns of Ruidoso Downs needing a ride out. This is a last minute rescue attempt for the remaining horses and do not want anyone driving back into the evacuation zone. This is a request for help from anyone in the process of leaving. Pepper Jelly & Brie Grilled Cheese!!!!!! 🤤🤤
INGREDIENTS
4 oz of Brie cheese sliced (place in freezer for 10 minutes prior to slicing)
2- Slices sourdough bread
1 -2 Tbl Unsalted butter
1 -2 Tbl Pi**he Cactus Ranch Garlic Jalapeno Jelly
1 A small handful of arugula
INSTRUCTIONS
Place brie in the freezer for 10 minutes prior to cooking. Remove from freezer and slice in ⅛ inch thick slices.
Heat a skillet on medium-high heat.
Butter one side of each piece of bread and place butter side down in the hot skillet. Brown for about 1 min, or until golden, then reduce heat to medium.
Assemble your sandwich in the following order on top of one piece of bread: arugula, brie, Pi**he Cactus Ranch pepper jelly, more brie, more arugula. Then place the other piece of bread on top, toasted side up, and smash the sandwich down gently so that the contents begin to melt together. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and begins to drip over the edges of the sandwich. Check you sandwich frequently to ensure that the bread isn't getting too dark and that the brie isn't melting away. Remember, brie is a soft cheese and doesn't need as much heat to get to the perfect level of melt. Www.pcrjellies.com
