We had a beautiful experience at a recent Girl Scouts fundraiser event! 😍 Supporting a great cause and bringing people together through food was an amazing experience!

On our table, we served our cocktail samosa(mini sized) with the lime-cilantro sauce and incorporated it with the Thin Mint cookies from Girl Scouts.

Our African-themed table setup added a vibrant touch to the event, highlighting the fusion of flavors and culture.

Paycom heard of our delicious, Nigerian-style Jollof rice, and ordered lunch packs for their employees.

The brief was: Jollof rice, sweet fried plantains, and boneless chicken. 😋

We've been privileged to handle their lunch catering for a while now, and it was great to see them enjoy something new with our Jollof.

They said it was a hit with their team, and their positive response was like music to our ears!It's really great to know they loved every bite.

🥳We are back from Texas and it was a splendid time serving our meals!

On Saturday, we were at the Chams Media Investment forum where we served our popular favorites - Coconut beans, Pilau, spinach, chapati and chicken stew.

It was Chams Media Family Fun Day on Sunday and our foodtruck was out celebrating Father’s Day at the Meet and Greet.

We brought the “Taste of Africa” experience to the SPARK Summer Movies event at Myriad Botanical Gardens, last Wednesday.

It was a good opportunity for the kids to watch “WALL-E” and have fun while we served our tasty meals. 🥰

I woke up this morning feeling exhausted after a long weekend, but also super grateful.

You can barely tell from this video, but I didn’t have much energy left - only 50% to be exact! However, the truck still needed to be cleaned up after work. 😩

I know we say this often but I’d like to use this opportunity to express how thankful we are for your support, and I’m not just saying that. Entrepreneurship has taught us to push through, even when it’s tough.

But it’s not easy. There are days like today when I feel drained and wonder how I’ll keep going.

However, it’s encouraging to have a strong customer base like you backing and supporting us every step of the way.

So, I wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU. Thanks for showing up for us whenever we need you. We appreciate you all so much!
