It's hot outside! Stop in for a refreshing Shandy with fresh squeezed lemons. Never heard of one before? Shandies, a mixture of beer and lemonade, are popular in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Canada. Shortened from the name Shandygaff, from Britain in 1853, it goes by many names in different countries: Radler, Russ, Lager top, Panaché, Monaco, and Clara.

Meet your pub staff!! Elena, affectionately know as "L" (and sometimes Wreck-it-Ralph), has worked with us since 2012. An avid baker, the staff's favorite time of year is the holidays when she starts bringing us her wonderful creations. She has 2 adorable kiddos and a candle making business on the side, this lady is always on the go. We could only get her to stop moving long enough for one photo 🤣🤣 Stop in on Monday and Wednesday evenings to say hi.

Meet your pub staff! Paula started working with us in 2021. A former English teacher she loves talking books, though her big passions are crocheting, D&D, indie bands from around the world, and B movie slashers. If you want to do a deep dive in to 1970's horror, a new band to check out on YouTube or talk strategies for your next campaign, this lady is all for it! Come in and see her behind the bar Fridays and Saturdays.

Fun tidbit: She has a tattoo of tattoo getting a tattoo 🤣

Meet your pub staff! Cross's first day with us was St. Paddy's Day 2023, and even though it's a day of insanity, we apparently didn't scare him too badly because he came back! 😂 Cross is a Music Production student at ACM at UCO. He's also a musician, having played the tuba for many years. He's recently switched to guitar though, because "it's definitely cooler than the tuba". You'll find Cross here on Wednesdays and Saturdays assisting the pub servers and bartender.
