Beginning week 2 of training! So, has anyone out there done a triathlon?! Asking for a friend ;)
Week 1! Finding a good training routine and a gym with a pool. There are a lot of training plans out there and I love how I’m seeing their recommendations of tailoring it to your life. We look at those calendars and go “oh yea right, three days in a row of exercise, uh, I have a life dammit!” So I fear not as I sift through these calendars and hope to land on one soon.
Step two is a bit harder. I have a high end gym for $$$ per month, or my tiny gym in my home town with a smaller pool. I’m checking these out tomorrow!
