When we were crafting our menu we knew we wanted our Seoul Iced to have a flavor profile similar to how our parents enjoyed their post-dinner coffee… but never did we envision how well loved this drink would be!

Our team has been working on this for a while now, so we’re excited to announce that larger bottled versions of our Seoul will be available for purchase starting ✨TODAY✨.

(Makes roughly 4 standard servings. Limited supplies daily.)

Enjoy two exceptional coffees coming our way from some of Colombia’s great specialty coffee producers, José Giraldo and Rodrigo Sanchez!

José and his Café 1959 team bring back a crowd favorite from last year, Panela Sticky. This double washed and triple anaerobic Pink Bourbon jumps with sweet citrus, pomelo and nectarine. The delightfully clean cup rounds out with lemon cake and cooked sugar notes.

Rodrigo and his Monteblanco team bring us a brilliantly crafted 🥭Mango Co-Ferment beaming with notes that remind us of ripe peaches, sweet dried mangoes, and bright tropical fruits. This wonderfully processed Purple Caturra makes for a memorable cup of juicy and sweet fruits. 

You can enjoy these coffees as crafted pour overs at our main E Colonial cafe or you can grab a bag online and in the cafe!

Bae (배) is one of the most popular fruits in Korea, typically enjoyed as a light & healthy dessert after meals. For this drink we combine Korean pear juice w a doubleshot of ceremonial grade matcha to create a refreshing summer drink. Solid matcha flavor with a subtle sweetness that builds as you keep drinking.

🍋🍋‍🟩Jeju Slush by
Jeju is an island off the coast of Korea well loved for its beaches and citrus fruits. For this seasonal drink we blend our house cold brew with citron, honey, and ice to create a delicious blended slush. Sweet, slightly tart, and highly refreshing.

🍫🔥S’mores Latte by
Your choice of milk blended with a doubleshot of espresso and mocha. Topped with a marshmallow cream and crushed graham crackers. Sweet & creamy with well balanced chocolate flavor. Reminds us of roasting s’mores over a summer campfire..

Our classic croffle gets an upgrade for the summer! Topped with a fresh berry compote, cream, and garnished w/ lemon zest and mint for just the right amount of sweetness in every bite.

We are thrilled to share with you two exceptional coffees brought to us by Sebastian Ramirez through our friends at Unblended!

Sebastian brings us a wonderful Pink Bourbon named after his modulated wine yeast strains used during fermentation, Natural BG. This coffee beams with juicy tropical fruits and a delightful tartness that lingers after each sip.
We are also serving his Red Fruit Co-Ferment coffee rich with notes that remind us of strawberry cream and chocolate covered raspberries.

Beat the heat with a refreshing, sparkling grapefruit treat, popularized by cafes all across South Korea. Fresh grapefruit blended with brown sugar, lemon, and sparkling water. Garnished with a rosemary sprig.

We are thrilled to feature another exceptional coffee from one of Colombia’s leading producers, Edwin Noreña! Edwin brings us a delightful Sidra variety that beams with floral botanicals, blueberry, and plum.

The Sidra cherries are harvested at peak ripeness and soaked for 5 hours before undergoing a 96 hour carbonic maceration step. The cherries are then depulped with ~45% of its mucilage left and then sealed in an anaerobic environment for 48 hours. Throughout the process, the cherries are refreshed with a new mossto (juice from compressed cherries) every 24 hours. Finally, the remaining cherry seeds are then sun dried on African beds for 24 days before an additional 8 days inside a warehouse to stabilize moisture.

You can enjoy this brilliant coffee as a pour over at the cafe or purchase a bag online or in store!

Our coffee offerings are always rotating based on each year’s coffee cherry harvest. As a result, the coffee under the Moonlight 달빛 🌙 name is seeing an update, but it will still showcase a cup anchored with a developed body and accented with an enjoyable pop of fruit.

The updated Moonlight 달빛 will feature a washed process coffee from Antioquia, Colombia 🇨🇴 through an exciting new partnership with the Young Producer Program, cultivated by our friends at

The Young Producer Program is focused on empowering the next generation of specialty coffee producers in Colombia by pairing today’s youth (mentees) with seasoned veterans of the industry (mentors) who are dedicated to passing on their knowledge and experience to the next generation of producers. A purchase of Moonlight supports the efforts of the Young Producer Program and the next generation of aspiring producers to become the future of coffee.

Scoby Kombucha Fermentation (SKF)

Varietal: Pink Bourbon
Cup Notes: Port Wine & Tropical Fruit Punch

José Giraldo of brings us a Pink Bourbon coffee that has gone through a uniquely experimental and innovative processing method, Scoby Kombucha Fermentation (SKF).

The whole process begins when the ripe Pink Bourbon cherries are picked and placed into sealed tanks to undergo a 12 hour anaerobic fermentation. Afterwards, the cherries are merged into water where José and his team add a continuous supply of oxygen (like a fish tank) for 348 hours. The continuous flow of oxygen breaks down the pectin from the coffee cherry and leads to a Scoby-like layer of microorganisms to form on top. The cherries are then sun-dried, vacuum sealed, and aged 3 months.

We are thrilled to share this coffee that beams with tropical fruit aromatics and a tart sweetness that reminds us of Port Wine. 🍷
