Big congratulations to these 3 Freaks , & on absolutely crushing the 2024 Ifbb Pro League & Npc Orlando Pro/Am Championships by winning the Overall in both Open Classic Physique, Open Bodybuilding and 4, 1st places and a 2nd in multiple classes! Oh and I was awarded the Trainer of Champions coach Ring for having the most points from placings because of our collective team efforts! Very grateful and proud of these guys ! Absolutely Tremendous way to show out for our city of Orlando and Npc Florida family! Big shout out to Ed & Betty Pariso for putting on an outstanding show! Thank u both for your passion for our sport!

Congratulations to Freak on his spectacular transformation! Start pix were on the left 239-204lb January- June 1, 5 month progress that culminated with a 1st place masters and 2nd place open heavyweight bodybuilding at the Miami Muscle Beach! Pretty awesome for this 53 year old badass! Proud of you brother! Let’s have a solid health phase and level up in the fall for your next go!!

Congratulations to Freak on winning the open Middleweight class and battling it out with a fellow Freak in the overall at the 2024 Deke Warner Mid Florida Classic on June 8. This package was after a quality progression phase where we put on 14lb of tissue since the last time on stage 3 years ago. We were able to display a bigger and better conditioned package at this show. Still looking to level up even more on our next go on stage! Another 2023 success. This was a stop and go prep that was broken by unexpected military deployment duties where was called to duty 3/4 way thru prep for over 2 weeks without means to train or eat properly yet we were still able to pull things together after a team decision to skip the target show and do the next in line. The perseverance paid off and he was able to win his first overall in open bodybuilding. Dont give up . What you want is within your reach! How bad do you want it. Proud of u brother.

Another successful 2023 ! This 12 week prep culminated in winning her first OVERALL VICTORY! Coming off a fractured collarbone that sidelined her for 2 months prior to this prep really shows the level of dedication and determination we had as a team to make this happen! Proud of you for the focus , hard work, effort, adherence and consistency you displayed during this prep! Oh and also a mother of 2, wife and hold a full time job. You are a true champion!

! Huge congratulations to my client Jerry Lincoln for winning his first overall in open Classic physique this weekend at the npc/ifbb pro am. This was his first show ever and our first show together! Also placing first in a couple novice classes. Oh and it was his birthday! Absolutely could not visualize a better outcome! There is no limit to this guys potential! Big congratulations to Figure FREAK this past weekend on 2 Top 5 finishes in her Ifbb pro masters figure classes at the 2023 Daytona Beach Classic! This was her first placings as a pro and she brought home 5th place in both extremely competitive classes. Very happy with her achievements and the package we presented. Looking forward to improving on this package at our next show!!

Congratulations to Women’s physique Freak Gaia for her best package and placing to date at the 2023 Ifbb North Americans this past weekend! Gaia secured Top 5 finish in all 4 classes she competed in narrowly missing her pro card by 1 place in 2 classes in both masters women’s bodybuilding and masters women’s physique. Masters 35 bodybuilding 2nd, Open bodybuilding 4th, Masters women’s physique 2nd , Open women’s physique 3rd. Super proud of her! Stay tuned work is not done. Champions are built in the off-season! Flex Friday!!

One of the most overlooked and underrated aspects of a persons calorie expenditure and weight loss during dieting is their N.E.A.T. I’ve seen it too many times and have fallen victim to it personally during contest preps when you get deep into prep and calories are low and output is high your natural reaction is to try to conserve energy by laying around or doing less to save it for your cardio or training. This is a trap because this is gonna lower your daily calorie expenditure and potentially lower your rate of fat loss and or weight loss. Dont let this happen. Stay moving, stay busy. If u work at a desk set up a standing station. If you work from your phone make yourself stand and pace around or fidget . Keep moving and keep burning those calories so you can continue to make the progress needed to reach your goal!

Another awesome transformation from one of my lifetime Natural clients . This is just our recomp phase before starting her first contest prep. The goal was to drop as much fat and gain some new muscle while keeping food as high as possible. Improving insulin sensitivity and reducing lower body fat stores so we can start contest prep in a leaner more metabolically efficient state. 🔥🔥🔥👨‍🔬Needless to say very happy with the recomp results now we have just under 12 weeks to get peeled and present something absolutely beautiful for her first time on stage! Oh and this start was just after having her 4th child and while still breastfeeding! 4 kids and a full time job and never a single excuse! Only asking for more of what she can do to be her absolute best! 🏆👊 Show me how bad YOU want it! !
