Here at Lineage, there is nothing more important to us than finding and roasting the absolute best coffees in the world. We work non-stop to find the top producers, pay them well, and through that relationship, we release the best coffees on earth. This week, we were traveling throughout Colombia (primarily Huila, our favorite region) to check in with long-time partner producers as well as cup coffees and meet new producers. This trip has been incredibly productive. We visited our longtime friend and partner producer Linarco Rodriguez, where we cupped some of the best coffees we have ever tasted. Shout out to our friends for all the love and cuppings!

Today is a good day because our house lemonade is back! It’s refreshing, crisp and sweet, a perfect summer treat. Pair it with our matcha or espresso next time you’re in one of our shops.

Cinnamon Roll Croissant | This croissant is still a house fav with all the same delicious ingredients and flavors but getting a little make over to look like a cinnamon roll! ☺️

Turkey Gruyere Croissant | For our turkey lovers, we back! With a new and improved recipe; hickory smoked black forest turkey, imported smoked gruyere cheese, and a homemade caramelized onion and white wine sauce to make a croissant that is bursting with layers of flavor. She’s perfect.

It’s time to make a trip, the Mango Croissant is back, exclusively at the UCF shop! Filled with a mango lime cream and then covered in a mango glaze, this croissant is sweet, rich, and bursting with flavor.

It’s one of the OG’s from the early days of our bakery and perhaps our most requested to return to the shops. It will have you wanting to take one to go! 😏🥐🥭☕️🤤

Better water means better coffee! A cup of coffee is about 98% water. Therefore, brewing coffee with good filtered water is super important in making a great cup of coffee. If you are brewing at home and want to improve your water, ask our baristas about the Third Wave Water packets that we sell in our stores, which can be added to your distilled water for your next pour-over.

New specialty drink menu is dropping Friday, March 1! We can’t wait for you to try them. 😍 Which one will you order first?

Baklava Latte | A drink that reflects the subtle flavoring of a great piece of baklava. Flavored with almond, honey, and orange blossom, with a hint of salt. Spritzed with a mix of honey and orange blossom water to enhance the drink’s floral aroma.

Cardamom Rose Latte | A new take on Lineage’s classic (and much-requested) Love Latte. This drink is sweet, richly spiced with cardamom, and rounded out with the bright florals of rosewater. Topped with rose petal sugar.

Thai Matcha Latte | One of our favorite seasonal drinks of the year! Combining Thai basil, lemongrass, galangal, and peppercorns, this drink both complements and elevates the flavor of the matcha. It is complex—simultaneously herbal, earthy, bright, and spicy—yet subtle enough to remain interesting and delicious to the last drop!

Note: All three drinks are vegan and gluten-free.
