Rookiefest at SDC is hands down one of the best events of the year. It's a super fun 3 way scrambles competition where you get put with another rookie and a "pro" for each round. After all the rounds are complete the person with the most points win. Come share the sky with fellow Newby skydivers while learning from the pro's like members of SDC RHYTHM XP, SDC MATRIX and our team as well as other pro/seasoned skydivers in the area.

Attempt a 59way from 13K? Why Not?

Jump 1 on Saturday of the Wisconsin State Record Attempts. We boarded the 3 planes attempting a 59 way. Due to the clouds we had to exit from approximately only 13K and we built a 40 way with everyone else getting there right before their breakoff wave of 7K.

Skydiving Competitions are a lot of fun. Cloud Games makes it fun and easy to compete... taking away traveling to far away DZ's. Currently there are 20 DZ around the world participating so there is no excuse not to sign up and play. There are many events you can choose to compete in.

SDC Core is doing a day of free VFS coaching on Friday June 14th at Skydive Chicago.

And then competing with a pickup team for the competition.

2024 is the 10th year of SDC Core at Skydive Chicago. We are grateful for the past 9 years- filled with sacrifice, triumphs, defeats, lessons and memories. Looking forward to what this year will bring.

We are team training this weekend and next. Friday May 31, one of us will be Load organizing and June 1/2 we have e a headdown bigway skills camp. This summer is packed with training, organizing, camps and events. Come spend some of your summer at Skydive Chicago
