Setting aside time to care for YOU. Is not only essential, but it enables you to continue to show up for the people, activities, and things you care about.

It doesn’t have to mean a spa day. Any intentional action to care for yourself IS self-care.

What is one way you are doing this each day? What did I miss?

The human experience is complex. At times, brokenness on the inside feels just as strong as the brokenness we experience from around us.

Therapy is a safe space to explore the ways that this brokenness has impacted us.
