Today, we join in celebrating Juneteenth, a significant day in American history.

Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, marks the anniversary of June 19th, 1865 when the last enslaved African-Americans in Galveston, Texas, were informed of their freedom, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation. This day reminds us of the resilience, culture, and contributions of African-Americans throughout history.

Doing our best to redirect any internal stressors can help us fully focus on the session we are in along with overall client outcomes. We can accept that life sometimes involves stress, and that we can be present in the moment with our clients.
