On Sunday, July 21st, GCTD proudly co-sponsored the Nyeland Acres Bike Rodeo hosted by Nyeland Promise at the Nyeland Acres Community Center. 🚴♂️🏠
Residents enjoyed bike safety lessons, explored community resources, and took a fun bus ride-along. GCTD staff also presented the Nyeland Acres Transportation Needs Assessment project, gathering valuable feedback on priorities like microtransit and free transit passes. This initiative is funded by the Clean Mobility Options program, helping under-resourced communities overcome mobility challenges with clean, shared, zero-emission transportation solutions.
