Q: What are unclaimed funds?
A: Some clients overpay on their transactions, and once this happens, we issue a refund for the amount overpaid. If the refund is returned to us as undeliverable, we will continue to attempt to issue the refund. Once we have explored all refund options, we then post a list of unclaimed funds on our website.

We are proud to announce that we delivered close to 300 hygiene kits to our charity partner, Living Hungry! These kits come at a great time as the students in need are heading back to school soon.

Living Hungry helps support 875 homeless students in 24 schools throughout the county. We are so grateful for the impactful work that they do!

Today is the last day to pay the first installment payment for our real estate property tax installment plan! Today we celebrate Juneteenth, a day of profound significance in our Nation's history. On June 19, 1865, enslaved African Americans in Texas learned of their freedom — two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. This day marks not just the end of slavery in the United States, but the enduring pursuit of equality and justice for all.

We are pleased to announce that our agency has recently been honored with two awards.

Tax Collector, Anne M. Gannon accepted the “Unsolicited Landscape Design Award” award from the Wellington Garden Club, for our Westlake Service Center.

The second award, from Florida Weekly recognized our new North County Service Center in Palm Beach Gardens, which opened in March, as having the “Best Waiting Room” in the county, as part of its Best of 2024 Flamingo Awards.
