The key to a successful ethics program is education, information and prevention. Do your part to support a culture of ethics in Palm Beach County.
In June 1777, the Continental Congress adopted the "stars and stripes" as the American Flag. In 1916, Flag Day became an official observation through President Woodrow Wilson's presidential proclamation. In all, 27 versions of the flag-- mainly to add more stars. Happy Flag Day!
