Hey everyone! I'm thrilled to share one of my first posts on psychedelics with you all. Over the past three years, I've been studying the journey of psychedelics to legalization and availability, and I'm excited to see the amazing benefits they have in so many areas of life. As psychedelics become more widely available, we'll see opportunities for people to open up and heal in ways that were previously impossible. I'm honored to be a part of this renaissance and to assist others in their journeys of exploration and healing. Check out the article I'm sharing - it really resonates with my mission and experience.
Psychedelics and Grief: Processing Trauma & Rewiring the Brain | Psychedelic Invest Recent research has suggested that psychedelics could play a powerful role in helping individuals process their grief and work through past experiences.

William Shatner cried telling Jeff Bezos about his flight to space: 'I hope I never recover from this' The "Star Trek" star said that staring into the blackness of space was like looking at death. "'Oh, that's death!' That's what I saw," he said.
“But then there is vertical renewal, where man reaches deep into himself and unearths new and exciting dimensions of his personality. It is where men and women bring totally new facets to their shared lives. Having been created in the image of God, every human possesses infinite depth, and there is absolutely no limit to the store of meaning of which man is capable.”

Some foods and drinks contain high amounts of specific antioxidants and nutrients, such as magnesium and melatonin, that are known to enhance sleep by helping you fall asleep faster or stay asleep longer.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To reap the benefits of sleep-enhancing foods and drinks, it may be best to consume them 2–3 hours before bed. Eating immediately before going to sleep may cause digestive issues, such as acid reflux.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Almonds are a source of melatonin and the sleep-enhancing mineral magnesium, two properties that may make them a great food to eat before bed.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Chamomile tea contains antioxidants that may promote sleepiness, and drinking it has been shown to improve overall sleep quality.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Kiwis are rich in serotonin and antioxidants, both of which may improve sleep quality when eaten before bed.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Tart cherry juice contains the sleep-promoting hormone melatonin and may help induce a good night’s sleep.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Fatty fish is a great source of vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids, both of which have properties that may improve the quality of your sleep.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Walnuts have a few properties that may promote better sleep. For instance, they’re a great source of melatonin and healthy fats.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7. Passionflower tea contains apigenin and has the ability to increase gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) production. This may influence sleep.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Overall, more research is necessary to conclude the specific role that foods and drinks have in promoting sleep, but their known effects are very promising.
