Meet the Habitat Logistics team! When you schedule a pickup, you can expect to meet Alex, Parry, Arturo, Isaac, Lucky Brody, or Oscar. In addition, the team also includes Kyley and Ever, who schedule routes and oversee truck maintenance.

To schedule a pickup of large items, call 760-770-3723 and press 2. You will talk to our dispatcher, who coordinates the daily route for the drivers. Our pickup slots fill up quickly so call early!

Sometimes it does take a village. We received a call from a concerned neighbor about an elderly, homebound vet who over the years had accumulated an abundance of trash and collectibles both large and small on his large property around his house.

We met with the owner and his neighbor and it was agreed that he desperately needed help cleaning up and a means to haul away the trash since he was no longer ambulatory and had a very limited income.

Habitat arranged for two 40-yard dumpsters to be delivered, the neighbors went to work sorting and filling the dumpsters so the immediate area around his house is now clear. Plans are to continue the project with additional dumpsters so more can be cleared.
