Kaeme Foundation
Kaeme seeks to build loving families, one child at a time.
We work with governmant agencies to help children out of institutionalized care and back into their families.
Kaeme is honored to support this effort!
When Emmanuella was being interviewed by our team, she talked about wanting to be loved, specifically by a mother. βI saw my friends with moms and always wanted that experience. Now, because of Kaeme, I have it!β
Our team has spent a couple of days visiting children and families. They check and make sure everything is going well!
Some pictures of the kids and families we work with!

This is "E". He has intellectual and development disabilities. We went to visit him, and found out that he was as much higher functioning than his fellow students at his school for children with special needs.
We are looking into sending him to a school where two other reunited Kaeme children who have developmental disabilities attend. And where he will be better supported.
He loves drumming, and his grandma shared that he collects wooden planks to build tables.
Part of our team is out in the field checking in on kids and families!
Happy Independence Day!
This young scholar is hoping to perform well on her tests to attend University or Teaching College!
Some of the kids we have reunified live far from the local school. For those students, Kaeme Foundation provides them with a bicycle to cut their commute time!
A great read about gorgeous art in Ghana
Exploring Ghana, With Contemporary Art as a Guide A globalized art market has brought attention to Ghanaian artists like Ibrahim Mahama. On an arts-focused trip to the West African country, a writer finds a thriving scene following its own agenda.
One of our students is studying Graphic Design and asked if Kaeme Foundation could help him get a laptop. Becuase the computer was needed for his coursework, our team purchased and presented one to him. We hope he continues to excel in his chosen field!
This young lady was reunited with her family and now has the chance to attend school and read to her hearts content!
When the Kaeme team visits families we have reunified, we can sometimes bring small items.
This time these kiddos received some clothes they really enjoyed!
This is "D". He used to live with his grandmother, but after a disagreement decided to walk across the country to his mother. The police found him and brought him to an orphanage. When our team met him, he could tell them exactly where his mother lived and we were so happy to reunite them!
We wanted to share our accomplishments from 2023!
Families, not orphanages π
Our team works with the whole family in mind. Parents, big sibs, little sibs, everyone needs to be considered as a family is reunified!
Happy Giving Tuesday!
Our goal today is 100 donations!
Help Kaeme Foundation continue to build and support loving families.

Arabella has completed her public school education and has pivoted to learn hairdressing. She is very happy in her new vocation! She especially loves talking with customers and hearing the news.
We met a child living in an orphanage becuase her blind parent could not care for her. With some research we discovered a soap making group meant for this kind of situation. We gathered together the funds and supplies needed and hope to have a small business launched as soon as training is completed!
Our staff visited some of our students who are in secondary school. They made sure everyone was doing well at school and felt comfortable and settled living back with family!
Joseph is one of Kaeme's tertiary students, and he is currently interning at the Cape Coast Metropolitan Assembly. His department is very pleased with him, as are we!
