Breathing… seems pretty self explanatory, right??
Breathing is the foundation of all movement patterns, but over half of us are doing it incorrectly 😖
We spend all day talking about breathing in the office because diaphragmatic breathing is THAT important!

We had a great first week treating patients out of our new space!
We heard the question, “can you do anything about ______” so much this week! And most of the time our answer is YES!
Chiropractic is so much more than adjustments and back pain! So we sat down and put a list together of the 5 most common things we treat at the office, but this doesn’t even come close to everything we can help with!
