Featured Service: Hot Stone Massage

As a massage therapist, I'm always excited to share some of my favorite services with my clients.

Most people have seen photos or ads of hot stone massages that show stones being placed in different areas along the body but that’s not the best depiction of the service. In this service, some stones are used for placement but in a hot stone massage, most massage therapists (myself included 🙋🏼‍♀️) massage the whole body with the warm stones for the entire duration of the service. 🤌🏼 IT IS SO GOOD

Hot stone massage is a Swedish massage done with hot stones, so it’s great for those who have goals of relaxation, and stress relief. The heat from the stones brings on a whole new level of deep relaxation.

If you’re more of a deep tissue guy or gal, I have plenty of clients who come to me and do a hot stone/deep tissue combo and they LOVE it.

Here are some benefits:
