ATTENTION CLIENTS
Our building is undergoing a much needed renovation for an undetermined amount of time. Therefor, there may be more disturbances than usual in the upcoming weeks/months. We have not been told how long these are projected to last. If you are concerned about noise being an issue, I invite you to bring your own set of headphones or earbuds to connect to your phone to listen to your favorite music, audiobook, or podcast during your session. You are, by the way, welcome to do this anytime, not just in times of noise concerns.

Attention clients!!
Today through next week they will be doing concrete work on our sidewalks. This may cause more of a noisey environment than usual. Please take caution when coming into the building.

Update of services:
45 and 75 minutes sessions are being discontinued. Any of these sessions already booked will be honored.

Updating intake forms:
Clients who have not updated their intake forms in over a year will be asked to do so prior to their next session. These will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your session and a text reminder to update the information will be sent.

Policy reminders:
Any session canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be expected to pay 50% of the scheduled session.
No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled session.
Please do not come inside more than 5 minute prior to your session. This allows ample time to take care of the client prior to you, and cleaning and downtime for myself, as well as prevents crowding in the sitting area either the other therapist's clients.
A doctor's release will be required for any surgeries within 6 months the of your session. I also reserve the right to require a doctor's release for any medical condition I feel may be contraindicated for massage.
Loyalty punch cards are the client's responsibility. You must have it on you the day of the session to receive the punch and/or discount.

📢 A note on hot stone and warm bamboo 📢
Due to a malfunction in the heating element, I am not longer offering hot stone or warm bamboo and am undecided if I will be replacing the heating bag to continue incorporating it. Should I decided to, I will send an email/make a post that I have.

I've been recently getting an influx of gift certificate requests. I'm *so* flattered so many clients want to share my work with their friends and family! I used to sell gift certificates on my website but I stopped for a few reasons. One, I do not regularly work weekend or evening hours, and I know these are not conducive to many people's schedules. Two, I can be quite booked out and it's hard for people to get in. With the holiday season upon us, I have come up with a solution that I think may work.
If you really want to get somebody a gift certicate, you can buy directly through massagebook.com and let the recipient know that you recommend coming to me, or put my card in with the certificate. Massagebook is who I use for my booking software and they sell gift certificates that can be used at any location that accepts them. I do accept them, but so do other massage locations in the area. They can even be used in other states/cities that use and accept massagebook GCs. This way, if the person who you're buying for cannot get into me for any reason and would prefer to use it elsewhere they can, even if they're traveling and want a massage while on vacation!
