Katie graduated top finger class at Peoria Notre Dame. She will be majoring in Speech and Hearing Science to be a Speech Pathologist!

Sauntrel is returning to U of I for his second year majoring in Business and Accounting!

Max graduated top of his class in the IB program at Richwoods and will be majoring in Physical Therapy. His cooking skills have earned him the title of “Kitchen God” at the restaurant!

Ryne also graduated at the top of his class in the IB program at Richwoods and is an athletic baseball player. He is going to be majoring in Business. Ryan is one of our most versatile team players. He moves from prep, to the front, to the back and any other needed task!

My personal favorite is the Sicilian Summer Squash & Zucchini Noodles Bowl. This dish is a revelation, offering a way to enjoy all the flavors of a traditional pizza without the carbs and calories. The special marinara sauce, combined with mozzarella, parmesan, kalamata olives, turkey meatballs, turkey bacon, and turkey pepperoni, creates a symphony of flavors that is simply irresistible.

The service at The Queen of Squash is impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. What truly sets this restaurant apart, though, is the personal touch of the owner, Heather Wolbeck. Heather personally stopped by our table to welcome us, asked about our dietary needs and goals, recommended dishes that met our needs and cravings, and shared the history of the restaurant. I can't remember the last time an owner took the time to welcome me to their restaurant. You can tell she deeply cares about her mission of establishing delicious and healthy food as Peoria's new "it" restaurant.
