Online program design is very popular these days. While I'm certainly not against online programming, I do believe the in-person aspect is still not only beneficial and important, but crucial in teaching. Never once have a had a client, whether novice or advanced, that hasn't benefitted greatly from an in-person coaching session. The "coaches eye" on movement and technique, as it relates to YOU, may be the difference between achieving great progress or limiting your potential. When I'm hired to design a program for someone, I always assess, in person, the clients movement and starting point as well as walk them through the program, explaining and coaching techniques along the way. Which is why this young man who was having shoulder issues was able to immediately fix it with some form and warm up coaching.
