Humble Shimmy | 7.5% ABV | NEIPA

This IPA is made with a base of Pilsner and golden naked oats which lends a nice sweetness and perfect orange hue. Hopped generously with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Nectaron, and El Dorado. It is saturated with beautiful hop resin that give way to big notes of Pineapple, Citrus, and white grape.
Give us your best shimmy, and we will pour you ours.

Style: implied | 4.2% ABV

A super drinkable dry stout, with an incredible slugging percentage. Meant to be enjoyed all year round but is immensely drinkable during the warmer months, in Philadelphia, during baseball games.

NEIPA| 6.3% ABV

This beer is great for warmer weather. The wort was dosed with a big helping of New Zealand Motuere and Cryo Cashmere. Then Double Dry hopped with Mosaic and Motueka hops..and more Cryo Cashmere. We taste notes of pineapple creamsicle with a zesty lime garnish.

We sold out of all our beer yesterday, so we will be closed today (3/24). Yes, it’s sad, but also thanks to y’all for choosing to drink our beer.

We know there is a lot of exciting things to do today at Humble Parlor, but please remember we are a brewery first and our joy comes from sharing our beer with you.

So thanks to everyone for your continued support! Keep an eye out on here for an update regarding our upcoming hours as some fresh new “joy” is currently in the tanks. They just need a tiny bit more time before they make their way to the tap.

For our Humble Phans, we know there is Phillies stamps to be had and unfortunately they will be missed if we are not open for the game. Before you agonize over missing a stamp, remind yourself there are over 160 games, and it is still spring training.

Today is Alex's Birthday!

He is our brewer! Self taught and a constant student of the brewing world. 10 years ago he bought a book on how to brew and has never stopped learning on his quest to perfect the best beer for you to enjoy!

He's also your Humble Parlor Quoit instructor, bartender, comedian, friend, landscaper, plumber, painter, graphic designer, cpa and many more that I can't think of right now.

But most of all he is our humble leader. Always thinking about what's next, dreaming and innovating. His determination and will to put his dreams into action are one of the things I admire most. He inspires and motivates people he meets to follow their own dreams and is a strong advocate for anyone wishing to start their own business. He is truly happy for others' successes. When you come to Humble you're supporting Alex's dream as he supports yours whatever it may be.

AND THEN… while your in the sauna, you realize you forgot to to do something important and can’t quite remember what it is… While laying in bed at night, you remember what’s so important. The duckin Pale Ale.

It is our brewers humble opinion that our brewery can’t exist without a pale ale that is full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and impossible to put down. This is that beer. It’s the beer Alex thought of while in the sauna.

Brewed with Two row, Munich, and Caramel malt. Hopped generously with cascade and a kiss of Columbus (the hops, not Christopher). It comes with a nostalgic dopamine hit of what it was like to discover craft beer.
