Our next can release for today is Super Noble, our Belgian Pale Ale fermented with a blend of chimay, chouffe & westmalle yeast strains and spiced with grains of paradise. Expect a bright and complex flavor profile with hints of cherry (mahlap perhaps) and lemon bergamot. This one is a delight to drink. On draft and in cans. Happy hour starts at 4 today 🍻✌️

We decided to get into the Saint Patrick's Day spirit and brew an Irish red ale. Red Is The Rose is our Irish red ale brewed with maris otter, crystal, & a pinch of roasted barley, hopped with a tiny amount of Fuggle, and fermented with our favorite English-style ale yeast. Red Is The Rose has a medium body and strong malt backbone with flavors of caramel and toffee. And at 4% you can go a couple rounds with this one. Give it a try when we open today at 12! 🌹🍻✌️

TGIF Fishtown 🍻 🐑

We teamed up with the fine folks over in the UK to create our first ever English-style dark mild ale and our first beer under 4% 🤙. Woolen Jumper was brewed with a base of maris otter, crystal 77, & a selection of our favorite roasted malts, hopped oh so gently with fuggles, and lastly fermented with a low attenuating English-style ale yeast.

Tasting notes include light chocolate and medium roast coffee flavors with just a hint of fruit filled caramel. You can go multiple rounds with this one. Let's get mild Fishtown. Happy hour starts at 4 today ✌️🍻
