This is a big hazy version of the beer that started it all, with three times the honey and plenty more juicy hops. We like to say that this amber ale is covered in honey and smothered in hops. Our origional Bitto was first brewed for a friend of the founder named Tim Bitto to enjoy at his brothers med school grad party. They enjoyed it so much that we decided to start prism.

We believe that hops + honey makes life more colorful.

Guess who's coming for October? A revamped Bitto Honey! Bigger, juicier, and with even MORE honey soaked hops! This new version bumps the ABV to 7.6%, has an entirely new hop profile and more than doubles the honey! Watch for it in the coming weeks.

You asked, it's time we deliver. Red Zone labels are in and the beer is in the tank! Some of you may notice some new branding for the logo as well.

Welcome back Red Zone!

So today we brewed our third batch of 2022, the second batch of Felony. It feels awesome to be doing what we love and bringing our beer to people who enjoy it. When I was on my way home from the brewery I drove past our old place and couldn't help but stop. Nobody moved into the site, the signs are still there and even and our chalkboard still had our promos on it.

Some of you asked if we were coming back to our old location or opening a new one. As much as I'd love to say yes, the short answer is...not yet.

We loved our first location and made some mistakes in going to a new one. But that is what life is all about, trying things, making mistakes and learning. And we don't want to resurrect the past when we have a chance to build a better future.

So we're making our return slowly and carefully. We want to do right by you guys, those who supported us way back then and who inspire us to do what we do. We want to introduce a new generation to our beers while learning from our past and building bridges to our future.

The dream is still there, just like that chalkboard and signage.

Good things take time and I thank you for sticking with us.
