We get our beautiful mushrooms from who hand deliver trumpet and lions mane mushrooms to make our Enguday. We carefully break them up into perfect bites that get marinated before dredging in our teff flour to deep fried perfection. Grab a dipping sauce and enjoy!

We hatched this idea of gluten-free fried chicken when we were stuck inside during the pandemic.
Here we are, 2 years later, and we can’t believe all the love and support we continue to get every day. Thank you to everyone for always showing up and supporting us. 💛

When we think of our Doro Tibs, we think of comfort in a bowl. That spongy injera is perfect for grabbing juicy cubes of chicken. It’s super fragrant and flavorful. 🤤
