💦 ”Be careful what you water your dreams with.
Water them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke the life from your dream.
Water them with optimism and solutions and you will cultivate success.
Always be on the lookout for ways to turn a problem into an opportunity for success.
Always be on the lookout for ways to nurture your dream.” 💦
~ Lao Tzu
Remember that you have the power to rewrite your story.
Rewrite it with courage, resilience, and joy.
Fear may knock on your door, but it's up to you whether you let it in.
Choose courage
and see how it
transforms your life.
If you are pretending for someone else, you are denying yourself. Is pretending really worth it?
Are you ever tempted to lie just to keep the peace? Ask yourself if this is really the best decision for you and your future before you lie.
Would it be better to be truthful now and deal with tension, disappointment, or some other uncomfortable experience in order to feel better about yourself and your situation tomorrow or in the future?
Take time to be self-aware and think before you lie just to keep the peace.
You have to be honest with yourself before you can be honest with anyone else.
Practice being honest with yourself about what you think, feel, want, and need.
You can't control what someone else thinks about your decisions.
You can't control their disappointment or negative emotions directed toward you.
You can't control what they do as a result.
All you can control is yourself.
How much joy do you allow yourself to experience? Think about it.
Many people are more self-denying than they realize. Give yourself permission to experience more joy.
Your mindset can be an incredible asset. You can train it to work for you so you are unstoppable and at peace.
You have the power to choose a life that brings you passion and fulfillment.
Studies have found that smiling, even a fake smile, releases neurotransmitters that make you feel good and elevate your mood.
Try it. Smile now. Witness the shift.
You have the power to choose to prioritize your health and wellness.
The choice is yours to make.
Most of the decisions we make daily are thoughtless and automatic.
These automatic decisions that we make every day add up to make us who we are and determine the condition of our life.
Make a conscious effort to become more aware of your thoughts and automatic decisions so you can analyze them to ensure they are best for your mindset, emotional health, and goals.
Take time to understand your emotions, thoughts, and patterns.
The more you know yourself, the more you can trust your instincts and make authentic decisions.
Trusting yourself is the foundation for a thriving life.
Build self-trust by setting and keeping clear boundaries, honoring your values, and staying true to your word.
You are stronger than you think.
In moments of doubt, tap into the reservoir of inner strength within you. **Trust me, this reservoir is there.**
You have the power to overcome any challenge.
Remember, your past does not define you. You have the power to create a future filled with love, joy, and endless possibilities.
Today, I want you to look in the mirror and affirm your worth. You are deserving of love, respect, and happiness. Believe it with every fiber of your being!
You have the wisdom and strength within to make the right choices. Believe in your intuition and let it guide you to greatness.
Releasing perfectionism doesn't mean that you have to compromise your standards. In fact, it may help you achieve your goals more effectively.
Challenge negative self-talk: When you notice negative thoughts creeping in, try to challenge them with evidence to the contrary.
For example, if you think "I'll never be good enough," challenge that thought by reminding yourself of times when you have succeeded or received positive feedback.
Practice self-compassion: Remember that it's normal to feel uncomfortable when creating new thoughts, and be gentle with yourself during the process.
Creating new thoughts can feel uncomfortable at first because our brains are wired to rely on familiar patterns and habits.
However, creating new thoughts is a powerful way to challenge and change old patterns of thinking that may be causing us distress or holding us back from reaching our full potential.
Instead of thinking "I can't let anyone see my flaws or weaknesses," try reframing it as "It's okay to show vulnerability, and it can actually strengthen my connections with others."
Instead of thinking "I must always be perfect", try reframing it as "I am human, and it's okay to make mistakes."
Celebrate progress: Rather than focusing solely on what still needs to be accomplished, take time to celebrate your progress and achievements, no matter how small they may seem.
Focus on the present moment: Instead of getting caught up in worrying about the future or dwelling on past mistakes, focus on the present moment and what you can do to move forward. This can help reduce anxiety and stress.
