Meet Trent Pettus!


𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮?

I received my real estate salesperson’s license in 2001. After about 5 years as a top producing and award-winning salesperson at RE/MAX, I received my broker’s license. A few years later, I left RE/MAX and opened Integrity Real Estate Services, which is a full-service brokerage licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware. In 2020, I opened Integrity One Realty in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. At Integrity, we represent landlords and tenants, buyer and sellers, and investors.

As a salesperson, I could help to guide first-time purchasers through the entire homebuying process - a process that many of them feel is intimidating. Over the years, my brokerage has provided different services to an array of clients, but my most rewarding service or specialty has been, and remains, working with first-time homebuyers.

In my opinion, it’s simply the best real estate program in the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. After completing my own pre-licensing courses at Temple more than 20 years ago, I was certain of this fact. The classes were informative, and the instructors were approachable and knowledgeable. As of this day, my opinion has not changed. When I was given the opportunity to teach at the Real Estate Institute, a program for which I have always had a great affection, I was honored.
