Q: Where are you from?
A: Originally I'm from south Jersey.

Q: What’s your go-to drink?
A: Whiskey.

Q: What was your most embarrassing Pub moment?
A: I could name plenty, but when the moment the Eagles won the Super Bowl, Colin and I thought we saw a fight breaking out. So I told him to go out and stop it, but they were just chest bumping and we cracked the bar while jumping over...

Q: What is your favorite bar shift?
A: Sunday night, with football on, all the brunch shift employees are done and hanging out by this point.

Q: Who is your favorite person to work with at the Irish Pub?
A: Tatyana

Q: What is your favorite holiday to work?
A: I'm a big fan of Christmas night after all of the family stuff is done and mostly everyone meets up at the bar for some friendly shenanigans.

Q: What’s your best celebrity encounter at the Irish Pub?
A: The one time hooligans tried to take over the Pub, and me and Bruce Willis crawled through the air ducts to save the day, basically Die Hard but at a bar. *How Al remembers his Bruce encounter 🙄*

Which bartender do you want to put in the hot seat? You are always revealing your secrets and life happenings to your bartenders, but why not flip the script while in quarantine? We will be having a Q&A with members of the staff. Let us know who you want to hear from first and send us some questions!

05/20/2020

Besides us, who is starting to crave that signature Irish Pub fun and weirdness? We miss finding just one shoe at the end of the night, listening to the entire bar belt out Celine Dion, seeing someone pick up a tab from the night before just to start a new one, and joining in on an Eagles chant any day of the year!

Stay Safe,
💚 Your Irish Pub Family

A warm weather fan favorite has always been our Cucumber Cooler. Although you cannot enjoy this refreshing cocktail on our patio at the moment, you can still bring the Irish Pub to your zoom happy hours with this recipe!

Muddle a splash of simple syrup, 2 lime wedges, and 3-4 slices of cucumber. Strain the mixture into a glass with ice. Add 1 shot of tanqueray gin and top off with club soda. Stir your cocktail and garnish it with a cucumber slice. You can experiment with the sourness and sweetness based on your preference. Enjoy!
