Which bartender do you want to put in the hot seat? You are always revealing your secrets and life happenings to your bartenders, but why not flip the script while in quarantine? We will be having a Q&A with members of the staff. Let us know who you want to hear from first and send us some questions!
Besides us, who is starting to crave that signature Irish Pub fun and weirdness? We miss finding just one shoe at the end of the night, listening to the entire bar belt out Celine Dion, seeing someone pick up a tab from the night before just to start a new one, and joining in on an Eagles chant any day of the year!
Stay Safe,
💚 Your Irish Pub Family

Benny and the rest of the Irish Pub Family would like to also thank everyone for their support and over the past few weeks. A warm weather fan favorite has always been our Cucumber Cooler. Although you cannot enjoy this refreshing cocktail on our patio at the moment, you can still bring the Irish Pub to your zoom happy hours with this recipe!
Muddle a splash of simple syrup, 2 lime wedges, and 3-4 slices of cucumber. Strain the mixture into a glass with ice. Add 1 shot of tanqueray gin and top off with club soda. Stir your cocktail and garnish it with a cucumber slice. You can experiment with the sourness and sweetness based on your preference. Enjoy!
