Shen means “body method”, which includes the techniques of external and physical expression of Chinese classical dance. Yun means “rhythm”, which relates to the inner breath and spirit of Chinese classical dance. Dancers will learn to harmonize breath with movement, embracing the unique Oriental aesthetic of strength and grace.
