we got our hands on a very special topping, KYO-RAYU furikake straight from Kyoto 🇯🇵 the perfect addition to any bowl, available in limited quantities in Fishtown + Margate 🚨🥡💥
this furikake is made from sesame seeds, garlic and Kyoto’s specialty, Kujo onions that have have been soaked in ra-yu (Japanese chili-oil) to create an umami-rich, flavorful seasoning with subtle spice and perfect amount of crunch that takes any dish to the next level. We can’t wait for you to try it!!
