Try starting with a light barbell, a foam barbell pad and a bench! Starting light and working on getting a full range of movement early on can help you avoid future bad habits with your form. Once you feel good here, add some weight or remove the bench for a deeper squat.

FREE EVENT Saturday October 8th in North Phoenix at Scholar's Academy! We are teaming up with Kids with Autism Can to offer 30 minute boot camp style workouts to participants ages 7+. This event is FREE of charge and up to two family members (parent, guardian, sibling) are able to participate as well.

This event will provide families an opportunity to participate in a fitness class together under the guidance of ABLE FIT coaches. ABLE FIT coaches are certified personal trainers and speech-language pathologists. They meet each participant at their individual level😀
