Our Huevos Rancheros Verde is our weekly tradition. House-made tomatillo salsa, with two cage-free eggs over easy, cotija cheese, corn tortilla, topped w/fresh cilantro & paired with our slow cooked organic pinto beans. Your choice of hashbrowns or homefries.

Need to lighten things up after the holiday? We've got you covered:
1) The Skinny - scrambled egg whites, gruyere cheese, chicken apple sausage & local organic baby spinach, served with our simple salad of organic greens.
2) Grains, Greens and Beans - farro with sautéed local organic baby spinach & heirloom Anasazi beans topped with two cage-free poached eggs, crushed herbs and Himalayan pink sea salt.

Our Big Papa Burrito 🌯 local tortilla stuffed w/cage-free eggs, Schreiner's chorizo, cheddar, organic pinto beans, roasted yukon gold potatoes, griddled jalapenos and smothered with our house made tomatillo salsa.

A club you'll always be a part of! Our new Turkey Club, made with 3 oz of oven roasted Turkey breast, thick cut bacon, hot house tomato, havarti cheese, romaine hearts, and our house made herb mayo.
