I allowed all handling and petting. I have been added to some list due to some neurological abnormalities. They said I have a tail that goes 90 degrees to the left. I am not sure what this means but I will need further vet care and diagnosis to help me. 🙏🏻

I probably shouldn't even try this one, but we know me🤞! Long story short, this dog has severe cancer💔😭. It is untreatedable😭. He is 😣not going to make it even with chemo and removal. 🙈Buuuuutttttt, they say he is the sweetest thing🥰, and they would love it if he could have even just a few days of love and pampering before crossing the rainbow 🌈 Bridge. We are *not trying to save him. Our intention is not to put him through surgery or chemo. He is much too far (and i do mean FAR) gone. We are trying to make his last few days, maybe a week or 2, memorable and filled with what they all deserve, love.
I spoke directly to Humane regarding his condition. This is not heresay. He is necrotic, the mass is exposed and large, and he will definitely die in there if we don't intervene.

I have no idea how he is with other animals or kids. I know he can't be feeling himself so honestly a home with no animals or a way to comfortably and safely rotate is what we need. This is likely *very short term. When the cancer became prevalent in my personal dog, the clock was immediately ticking, and i didn't get much time. I suspect this will be the case for him as well.

Can anybody take Frank and his wheelchair to his potential new foster in Flagstaff today or tomorrow? He is currently in Camp Verde with his temp foster. So, pick up in Camp Verde and take to Flagg. The potential new foster does have 2 dogs so you would have to stay to ensure the dogs got along (something we can usually figure out right away) and if they didn't, Frank would have to go back to Camp Verde to the temp foster. I know it's a big ask, but Frank is most definitely worth it. I'll be happy to compensate you for your time and fuel. Please share if you can't help.

Amore is a 6 month old female pittie. She was born in the desert, where she spent the first 5 months of her life. Upon discovering her with a foreign object stuck in her re**um, we surrendered her to the Humane Society for emergent medical care. They released her to us after she was well. She is good with cats and dogs, and she adores people. She is shy at first but warms up almost immediately. She is learning the kennel and going potty outside. Cranberry experience at the shelter has been nothing short of terrifying. It looks like they captured him with a net, then they snared him. He was brought to his kennel in a bucket, and on a snare.

He was neutred on 11/22 and during the exam, the veterinarian at the shelter discovered that Cranberry has several health challenges.🥺😢 This is what the is noted in his medical records:

"Radiographic interpretation: Craniodorsal luxation of the right coxofemoral joint with osteophytes and significant degenerative changes in the femoral head, neck and proximal femur as well as the acetabulum. Significant atrophy present in limb. Dog would most likely benefit from a hindlimb amputation at this point. It is unlikely that FHO or a similar procedure would result in use of the limb down the road. Will need follow up with family vet. "

The shelter thinks that Cranberry is 2 yrs old. He is 36 lbs.
As you can see from the photos, this poor pup has had a very rough life. He needs a HERO🦸‍♀️🦸, a one of a kind adopter, or a rescue. His condition is heartbreaking. 💔 It will take someone very special to help him. 🙏

Humane did a dog evaluation and he is good with other dogs, unknown with cats. I have 25 mins to find a foster or he dies! He doesn't use all of his legs so he hobbles and hops. He is a senior and a pit bull so we are basically his only chance. HELP 911 WE HAVE LESS THAN 30 MINS TO SAVE FRANK!

Looking for a foster ( 6month term ) or to RE- HOME our rescue Hercules ASAP.

We found this guy abandoned in front of our place a month ago. The humane society wanted to euthanize him for a chronic ear infection and dental problems. Not humane in my opinion.
So I picked him up and we raised money and got his ear treated, neutered, microchip and all his dental work done.

🐾Listens to commands
🐾 No Aggression
🐾 House trained

BUT our family dog is a 70lb male pit and has been attacking Hercules. We keep them separated but its very stressful. Our dog has never done well with other male dogs and now is on prednisone and under going chemo. We suspect this is making hime extra aggressive.

We would love for Hercules to be our pet someday as we are really fond of him. Ideally a 6-12 month foster would be amazing. (our male pit has a life expectancy of 6-12months). Yet if Hercules finds a forever home with a loving family I would be happy to do whatever is best for him.
Again, everyone loves him everywhere we go! We want to do what's best for this angel.
I will provide food, bed, bowls, toys, leash, collar and kennel.

This handsome boy Frank is a very special man. He has severe muscle atrophy of his hind limbs; however he has compensated well and can even run on just his forelimbs with intermittent use of his right hind limb. Frank does not have any pressure sores. He would have a good quality of life still and would probably love a wheelchair. Frank is a sweet gentleman looking for a place to be loved in his golden years. Please consider taking this special man!
